Delivery time

Our standard shipping service is 48-72 hours. It is also available 24 hours Urgent service.

If you place an order during the weekend or on holiday eves, until the next business day we will not be able to manage the service.

1.In our policy, in compliance with current regulations, if the customer is not satisfied with the product shipped, may exercise their right of withdrawal and return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt. In this case the customer must: send an e-mail to hola@carelia.es to prevent the exercise of this right, indicating the order number and the reason for the return. And return the product/s by registered mail or courier to the address CARELIA will provide.

Returned products must be in their original packaging which will not have been open and in perfect condition retaining all its labels, packaging, accessories and the original elements within the packaging, to be entitled to reimbursement of the amount previously paid by the product/s. The customer will be refunded the amount of products within a maximum period of 30 days upon receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs of returning goods are paid by the customer.

2. All products are carefully packed and shipped in excellent condition. However, if you receive a product with a visible, defective or broken on shipping damage, customers should contact by e-mail (hola@carelia.es) with CARELIA within the receipt of the order  clients have 24 hours to make a claim.

We accept the return of the product provided it has not been opened, retaining all its labels, packaging accessories and original elements that come into it.

In any case, the order number concerned may be indicated as well as the subject product return and a detailed list of defects appreciated in the same. After this time any claim is rejected. The expenses of return and new shipment will be in charge of Carelia.

3. If the customer wants to make a change, you must first contact us by e-mail and we will tell you the steps to follow. In this case, both the cost of return shipping as trans-shipment shall be borne by the customer.

Carelia reserves the right to refuse the return of the products, in cases of violation of the provisions of these conditions.
