What is the delivery time?
Our standard shipping service is 48-72 hours.
If you place your order during the weekend or public holiday eves until the next business day we can not manage the service.
What are the shipping costs?
2€: For Peninsula (Spain and Andorra) if you make the pickup at the post office you specify.
For Peninsula (Spain and Andorra) with delivery to your home costs 5 €
To Balearic Islands and Portugal, if you pick at the post office you indicate it has a cost of 4 €, and if you prefer home delivery it is 6 €.
Can I get my order in 24 hours?
Of course. If you want to receive your order urgently we make it possible.
What are the shipping charges for delivery in 24 hours?
Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) is € 6.75 and Balearic Island is € 11.50.
How can I personalize a gift?
You can choose the pack you like and if you want to include a message, we will do it for you with a nice handwritten text card that you previously indicate.
If upon purchase you inform us that the order is for a gift, we do not enclose the bill inside.
You can always use our hola@carelia.es mail to tell us how you would like us to prepare your gift.
Can I return an order?
If you receive a broken or faulty product, we will accept the return of the product provided it has not been opened, retaining all its labels, packaging accessories and original elements that come into it.
You should contact us through pedidos@carelia.es within 24 hours after the receipt to make a complaint.

Its safe to buy online?
In Carelia we use 3D Secure payment gateway, that means that all payments you make will be authenticated through your PIN secret, as the legitimate holder of the card you are using.
Also, when you pay by card you are paying directly to the bank. Carelia does not store information of your credit card.
How can I recommend a shop to sell products Petits Carelia Natural Care?
